木工加工棚的目的是保護(hù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的施工人員，用鋼管作為支撐框架，用竹簽或竹籃板或廢棄模板作為防砸，或者用高壓線保護(hù)穿過防護(hù)棚的東西。一般雙層保護(hù)是為了增加系數(shù)。鋼筋防護(hù)棚和通道均為防護(hù)棚，部分防護(hù)棚建在塔吊覆蓋的辦公生活區(qū)。防護(hù)棚是施工過程中操作人員或人行的必經(jīng)通道，過往人員的防護(hù)棚為雙層。從懸挑腳手架的懸挑開始，每隔十米設(shè)置一個(gè)防護(hù)棚，可以更好的保證防護(hù)棚下行走人員的。在施工過程中，建造防護(hù)棚時(shí)應(yīng)注意防護(hù)措施。施工人員應(yīng)根據(jù)施工要求進(jìn)行施工，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)混凝土攪拌機(jī)、卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)棚、鋼筋棚、木棚，部分出入口和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)廁所應(yīng)設(shè)置木工防護(hù)棚。

建造和拆除木工防護(hù)棚時(shí)，應(yīng)指定專人指揮。管理者應(yīng)注意眼、腿、口，采取有效的防護(hù)措施，應(yīng)對(duì)危險(xiǎn)情況，確保人員。在雨天和大風(fēng)天氣，應(yīng)暫停防護(hù)棚的搭設(shè)和拆除，并檢查和維護(hù)防護(hù)棚的質(zhì)量。防護(hù)棚搭設(shè)完成后，經(jīng)專職員驗(yàn)收合格后方可投入使用。技術(shù)交底應(yīng)在搭設(shè)和拆除水平保護(hù)前進(jìn)行。
